Our impact goes beyond insights
At Wallis, we believe that meaningful research does more than inform — it uplifts, empowers, and drives real-world change.

As a proud certified B Corporation, Wallis meets high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. B Corp certification recognises our commitment to ethical, inclusive and sustainable practices — from how we treat our people to the impact we have on clients, communities and the planet.
Unlike many certifications, B Corp assesses a company’s entire impact across five areas: workers, environment, governance, community and customers. Achieving certification involves rigorous independent assessment and verification.
This holistic approach aligns deeply with our values. Every decision we make — whether about people, partnerships, procurement or policy — is made with care for the wellbeing of our team, clients, community and the environment.
We’re proud to be part of a movement that proves you can do well by doing good.

Wallis is proud to support Ending Loneliness Together as a research partner on the Australian Social Connection and Belonging Survey. This important national study aims to deepen understanding of loneliness across the adult population, exploring how it relates to belonging, mental health and wellbeing. Our role in the partnership draws on our expertise in social research and large-scale data collection, helping ensure the findings are robust, representative and ready to inform change. Together with leading academics and advocacy partners, we’re working to build a stronger evidence base to address social isolation in Australia.

At Wallis, reconciliation is more than words - it’s a commitment we embed in everything we do. Building on the strong foundation of our Reflect RAP, we are proud to have our Innovate RAP formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing journey.
An Innovate RAP guides us to implement meaningful actions over two years that advance reconciliation. It helps us deepen our understanding of our sphere of influence, strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and pilot new strategies to empower communities and embed reconciliation in our organisation.
Reconciliation Week is a key time to reflect on our progress and renew our dedication to listening, learning, and making a real difference within our workplace and the communities we serve.
