Are you on a mission to make a difference?

At Wallis, every role – from researchers to telephone interviewers – plays a vital part in shaping decisions that make a real difference.

If you're curious, analytical and purpose-driven, you’ll find a flexible, inclusive team that values your perspective and impact.

  • We’re a proudly Australian-owned, independent, mid-sized social research agency — big enough to work on significant, high-impact projects, but small enough that you’ll never feel like a cog in the machine. Our team is hands-on, collaborative, and genuinely invested in the work we do and the people we do it with.

You’ll have room to grow, space to think, and the opportunity to contribute to projects that matter — from public health to education, inclusion, and beyond.

Wallis is an equal opportunity employer

Committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace, we strongly encourage applications from people of all cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. All employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.

  • Curious about what makes people tick? Passionate about understanding communities and contributing to real-world impact? At Wallis, our researchers work on meaningful social and market research projects for government, public and not-for-profit clients.

Whether you're starting out or building on existing experience, we welcome people who are inquisitive, thoughtful and great communicators. You’ll collaborate with a skilled, supportive team to uncover insights that shape better decisions across health, education, transport, and more.

We value diverse perspectives and offer opportunities to learn and grow – with hands-on experience across the full research cycle, from project design to analysis and reporting.

  • Join our team of telephone interviewers

We’re regularly on the lookout for friendly, thoughtful people to join our team of CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) operators.

In this role, you’ll speak with people across Australia to gather their views on issues that matter — from healthcare and education to transport, community life and beyond.

No selling. No cold calling. Just meaningful conversations that help inform better decisions for all.

    What we offer:

    • Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

    • Fully remote, work-from-home setup
Comprehensive training — no experience needed

    • A supportive, inclusive team culture

If you're a strong communicator, a great listener, and motivated to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
