Our B Corp impact in action
As a Certified B Corporation since September 2023, Wallis has been independently assessed against rigorous standards that go well beyond ordinary business practice. Our B Corp results reflect strong performance in areas such as community engagement, governance and responsible operations. The organisations we’ve partnered with so far are featured below, and show how those standards translate into action, through volunteering, workplace giving and pro bono research that supports positive, measurable social impact.
-
Australian Red Cross LifeBlood
Our Lifeblood team gives us a simple way to make a real impact together. In 2025, 19 donations helped save more than 50 lives, and in 2026 we are aiming even higher. It is about consistency, community contribution and shared responsibility, all finished off with a post-donation chocolate milk.
-
Fitted for Work
Through Fitted for Work’s corporate volunteering program, our team volunteered onsite sorting and preparing clothing to support people entering the workforce. It is a practical way to contribute time and skills, supporting economic participation while strengthening our connection to community impact beyond our desks.
-
Out of the Woods Pet Rescue
We’ve supported Out of the Woods through workplace morning teas and the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme. It is a small but regular contribution that reflects our belief in backing grassroots organisations doing meaningful work, and in building a culture of care, generosity and shared responsibility within our team - especially when we get kittens in the office.
-
Foodbank Victoria
Each year, Wallis participates in the annual Christmas Foodbank food drive to support their work addressing food insecurity. By donating essential goods, we contribute to community wellbeing in a practical way and support an organisation that delivers large scale impact across Australia.
-
Black Dog Institute
We have supported the Black Dog Institute through participation in the One Foot Forward challenge for the past several years. It is a collective effort that raises funds and awareness for mental health research and support, aligning closely with our commitment to wellbeing, inclusivity and long term social outcomes.
-
Two Good Co
In 2026, we supported Two Good Co with a $1,000 donation in lieu of Easter gifts to our team. By redirecting spending toward an organisation creating employment pathways for women affected by homelessness and trauma, we support economic empowerment and social equity in a tangible, values aligned way.
-
Ending Loneliness Together
We support Ending Loneliness Together by contributing our research expertise, helping the organisation better understand and address loneliness at scale. By offering pro bono support, we use our skills to strengthen evidence based impact and contribute to long term social change beyond financial donations.
-
Green Fleet
We partner with Greenfleet to support credible carbon offsetting alongside active emissions reduction. Between 2022 and 2025, we reduced our measured carbon footprint from 32.41 tonnes to 23 tonnes. Offsets support native reforestation in Australia, reflecting our commitment to responsible environmental stewardship and continuous improvement.
-
Our Innovate Reconciliation Plan
At Wallis, reconciliation is more than words - it’s a commitment we embed in everything we do. Building on the strong foundation of our Reflect RAP, we are proud to have our Innovate RAP formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing journey.

Yarn'n
Deadly dunny paper made on country? You betcha. We’re supporting Yarn’n in our office; toilet paper made on country in Sydney, with 50% of all rolls profit going back to Australia’s First Nations Youth.
