Australian Horticulture Survey 2025
Australian Bureau of Agriculture and Resource Economics and Sciences (ABARES)
Wallis Social Research has been commissioned by the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences (ABARES) to conduct a survey with around 3,000 horticulture farms around Australia. The information collected from this research will help ABARES gain a better understanding of conditions in the horticulture industry across Australia. The data from the survey is used in research and analysis and informs public and private decisions affecting the Australian horticulture industry.
When is the survey being conducted?
The survey will be conducted from July to October 2025.
How long will the survey take?
The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete online.
How do I take part?
Horticulture farms in select areas around Australia will be invited to participate in this survey. These farms are drawn from the Australian Business Register provided by the Australian Bureau of Statistics in accordance with legislative guidelines.
If your farm has been selected to take part, you can complete the survey online via letter, email or SMS invitations. You can also wait for us to call you to obtain your responses, or call us on 1800 925 547 to book an appointment.
