Community Attitudes Survey (CAS)

The Australian Government's Office of Road Safety has commissioned Wallis Social Research to conduct the Community Attitudes Survey to help evaluate community attitudes towards road safety.

The information from this survey will help develop road safety programs to reduce the number of deaths and serious injuries on Australia's roads.

All invitees who complete the survey, will get the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a $1000 eGiftcard. For details, please see the prize draw T&Cs here.

When is the survey being conducted?

The survey is open from 18 September to 4 November 2025.

How long will the survey take?

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete online or over the phone.

How do I take part?

There are two ways to do the survey:

  • You can complete it online–by clicking the "start survey" link that was included on your invitation SMS.

  • You can complete it via telephone–you can simply wait for us to call. If you would like to make an appointment for us to call at a particular time, please let us know by calling 1800 WALLIS (925 547) and quoting the project number 5145 and your phone number, or email us at pathways@wallis.social.
