Participant Pathways Research
Department of Employment and Workplace Relations
The Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations has commissioned Wallis Social Research to conduct the Participant Pathways Research to help evaluate the Workforce Australia employment services provided by the government.
The results of the evaluation will determine the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of Workforce Australian Services for job seekers. This ongoing research will contact participants every six months by telephone, SMS or email to participate in a short survey.
For every survey invitees complete, they will receive a $10 eGiftcard as a thank-you for their time. For more information, please visit the Participant Pathways website.
From Wave 2 onwards, we introduced a rolling prize draws. This involves conducting multiple prize draws during the survey period to encourage early response in addition to the $10 eGift card for completing the survey. The amounts of the prize draws vary from $500 in the first round to $50 in the fourth round. Those participants who complete their survey early are therefore eligible for the higher prize amount and all subsequent draws. For further details, prize draw terms and conditions, survey results and participant portal, visit the survey website.
When is the survey being conducted?

How long will the survey take?
The survey should take approximately 12 minutes to complete online or 20 minutes via phone.
