CLOSED: Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (LSAY)
Department of Education
The Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youths (LSAY) is a national program of longitudinal surveys, which follows the lives of a group of young people aged 15 to 25 over a ten-year period. The survey is aimed at collecting information on the transitions of young people between education, training and work.
THE FINAL SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED!
The final LSAY survey is now finished, we appreciate everyone who took part over the years.
Between 2015 and 2025, every year the participants were interviewed either by telephone or online and answer questions related to their study, work and job search activities, volunteering, living arrangements and attitudes to a range of issues that may affect the lives of young Australians.
Further information about LSAY and access to previous survey reports can be obtained through the LSAY website at www.lsay.edu.au
