Client Satisfaction Survey

Wallis Social Research (Wallis) and Market & Communications Research (MCR) are conducting this client satisfaction survey on behalf of Legal Aid Queensland.

Legal Aid Queensland is surveying clients to understand their experiences and to gather suggestions for improving their service in the future.

When is the research being conducted?

The survey is being conducted from 17 November until 12 December 2025.

How long will the survey take?

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete depending on your answers.

How do I take part?

If you are eligible to participate, we will invite you via email or SMS to complete the survey online, or we may call you to invite you to complete the survey over the phone.
