Fair Work Commission

 

Wallis Social Research is conducting a survey on behalf of the Fair Work Commission among regular users of the Commission's services. This survey is about user experiences this year and ideas to help improve the Commission's services.

Participation is voluntary and responses to the survey will be anonymous.

All personal information used and collected for this research is being treated confidentially and in accordance with Wallis' privacy policy and the Commission's Privacy Policy.

When is the research being conducted?

The survey will be conducted online between 9 December and 18 December 2025.

How long will the research take?

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete online.

How do I take part?

You can complete the survey online by clicking the link provided in the email sent to you. If we don't hear from you by 15 December, you may receive a call from Wallis to complete the survey over the phone.
