Wallis Highly Recommended in 2026 Australian Achiever Awards

We’re pleased to share that Wallis Social Research has again been recognised as Highly Recommended in the 2026 Australian Achiever Awards for Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Services, with a score of 93.43%.

This result continues a long-standing record for the business. Since first participating in 1999, Wallis Social Research has achieved a score above 90% every year.

Now in its 29th year, the Australian Achiever Awards provide an independent benchmark of customer satisfaction. What sets these awards apart is that they are based entirely on direct client feedback, making the recognition especially meaningful.

The assessment process measures performance across eight key criteria: time-related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication, overall perception and likelihood of referral.

A score above 80% is considered exceptional. Maintaining a consistent result above 90% over more than two decades reflects the strength of our client relationships and the standards we aim to uphold in every project.
