We manage the entire research journey, from questionnaire design and data collection to analysis and compelling visual reporting. Whether you’re exploring a new idea, testing a policy, or engaging the community through qualitative methods such as focus groups and in-depth interviews, we bring together decades of experience, deep subject matter expertise, and in-house capabilities to deliver clear and actionable insights.

  • We offer multiple modes of data collection; including online, telephone, and face to face; supported by our experienced in-house CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) centre and a dedicated team of qualitative fieldwork experts. Our national network means we can reach a wide range of audiences, including hard to reach cohorts. Whatever the method, we prioritise quality, inclusion, and respondent experience.

  • Great research starts with thoughtful design. We work closely with clients to build methodologies that are fit for purpose; from large-scale surveys to deep-dive qualitative studies. Our expertise includes communications and campaign research, program evaluation, literature reviews, secondary data analysis and survey testing; all designed to deliver practical, evidence-based insights.
