Self-Insurer Injured Worker Survey

On behalf of WorkSafe Victoria, Wallis is conducting research among people who are injured or become ill because of their work.

The purpose of the research is to collect feedback about their experiences of being on workers compensation. The survey includes questions about services delivered by the authorised Insurance Agents handling their claims, as well as questions about health and rehabilitation. The aim is to find ways to improve the experiences of people who are on workers compensation.

When is the survey being conducted?

The survey is being conducted between April 29 and May 17.

How long will the survey take?

The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.

How do I take part?

The survey can be completed online or with a qualified telephone interviewer. If you have recieved an invitation to participate in this research you can expect:

  • A call from Wallis to complete the suvey over the phone.

  • An email from Wallis with a link to complete the survey online.

If you have recieved a letter about this survey, you may scan the QR code or copy the website link into your browser to complete the survey.
