Our team

Partners / collaborators / social researchers

Our people are the heart of our organisation. As such, we seek to attract and develop those who share in our mission to have a positive impact. Our people are innovative, dependable and versatile – and they live and breathe social research.

We’re proud to have a talented and committed team that is as diverse as the Australian community we serve.

Josephine Foti

Chief Executive Officer

A big believer in making people the centre of the organisation, Josephine has sought to pivot Wallis towards its core strengths - a group of highly skilled social research practitioners, supported by a wonderful backing team. Josephine has over 20 years experience in research, starting her career as a telephone interviewer whilst at university, before taking on her first position at Nielsen.

Stints in FMCG, automotive and government teams, narrowed her focus to her true calling - social research. In particular the value of longitudinal research in understanding the impact of government led programs.

Josephine is actively involved in the advancement of the research industry and is Vice-President on the Executive Committee of the Australian Data and Insights Association (ADIA).

Weekends will find Josephine spending time with the family down at the beach, cleaning and cooking “healthy” salads.
