OIR Customer Satisfaction Survey
Queensland Office of Industrial Relations
The Queensland Office of Industrial Relations has engaged Wallis Social Research in partnership with Market and Communications Research (MCR) to survey people who have had contact with the Office to assess their satisfaction.
The Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) is the Queensland Government agency that oversees Workplace Health and Safety, Electrical Safety, Workers Compensation Regulation, and Industrial Relations.
OIR are interested in getting feedback from customers on their experience. This feedback will be used to improve the services the Office of Industrial Relations provide to the Queensland community.
When is the survey being conducted?
From July 2023 to April 2024
How long will the survey take?
5 - 10 minutes.
