Australian Children of the Digital Age (ACODA)

Queensland University of Technology

The Queensland University of Technology has commissioned Wallis Social Research to conduct surveys with 3,000 families across Australia with children from 6 months to 5 years of age. This study aims to gain insights into the usage of digital technologies by young children and explore the impact of technology use.

The results of the evaluation will provide crucial evidence of potential opportunities and problems presented by digital technologies and inform recommendations for policy and practice concerned with the wellbeing of young children.

This ongoing research will contact participants each year for four years by telephone or email to participate in a series of annual surveys.

The fieldwork for this project is ongoing.

How long will the survey take?
