Wallis Runs a #DignityDrive for IWD2024

On March 8 this year, Wallis celebrated International Women's Day by hosting a Dignity Drive for Share the Dignity.

Menstruating isn’t a choice, but those experiencing poverty often have to choose between period products and other essential items just to get by, with 1 in 5 Australians unable to afford period products at some point in their life. Share the Dignity aim to end period poverty by supporting women, girls and those who menstruate who are experiencing or at risk or domestic violence, homelessness or poverty to have access to period products when they need them.

At Wallis, we’d rather they didn’t have to choose, so as well as the donations from our staff, Wallis has also made a financial donation to Share the Dignity to help end period poverty. It's just one of the many ways we're working to make positive social impacts in not just our work, but in all of our business practices. To see our donation head to our LinkedIn page.
